How Often Am I Paid?

Affiliates are only eligible for payments once they have been KYC (Know Your Customer) approved. Payments are processed on the 10th working day of each month and cover the previous month’s earnings if earnings are more than €100 for web wallets. For bank wire payments, accounts must have a minimum balance of €700. You should receive your commission within the next 5-10 working days from the process date. How Much Do I Need to Earn Before I Get Paid?

Payments will be made to accounts that have a balance of €100 or more at the end of the month. For bank wire payments, accounts must have a minimum balance of €700.

How Do I Keep Track of My Earnings?

Commission is earned on the revenue generated by each of the customers you send to Betway Partners. You can monitor the progress of your campaigns through our centralised online statistical reports. These reports are updated every two hours, so you’ll always have the data you need to stay on top of your campaigns. Along with comprehensive customer reports, you can monitor your payments and earnings throughout the month.

Am I Only Paid for a Customer's First Purchase?

No. As an Affiliate you will benefit from any players who you refer (subject to the agreed deal. Your Affiliate ID will be linked to their account and each time they play we track their spending losses to you.

What Happens in the Event of a High-Roller in my Account?

In any given month, if a customer generates a negative net revenue of at least $10,000 ('high-roller'), and the aggregate net revenue in that month for that affiliate is negative $2,000 or greater, then the high-roller policy will apply. Please see point 16 of the Terms and Conditions.

What Happens if One of My Customers Wins a Progressive Jackpot?

If one of your customers wins a progressive jackpot, this will have no effect on your affiliate income.

What Happens in the Event of a Chargeback?

When a credit card merchant refunds a customer for an item on their credit card statement which they dispute, this is known as a chargeback. Sadly, some customers take advantage of this and claim their money back after depositing. Although we do our best to prevent this abuse from happening, there are some occasions when it does and in these cases the amount will be deducted from the affiliate’s revenue.

What is the Difference Between Legitimate Email Marketing and Spam Email?

Legitimate email marketing is when your visitors/members willingly give you their email addresses, as they have agreed to be included in your mailing list. Spam mailing is the sending of unsolicited mail without the recipient's permission.

How am I Linked to a Customer That I Refer?

Every affiliate is assigned a unique username and affiliate ID (e.g. BW12345) when they register at Betway Partners. This is to help identify the traffic coming from their sites. The HTML code for all the marketing creative you take from our Media library will contain your unique affiliate ID, so that we’ll be able to track your customers as they sign up and deposit.

What is the Linking Code That I Use When Directing Traffic to Betway Partners?

Using the affiliate ID BW12345 as an example, to send traffic to Betway Partners you would use the following link: http://www.betway.com/?s=bw12345. You can also add specific campaign trackers to your links – you can find more information on this on the Campaigns Page, once you log in.

What is Spam?

Spam is unsolicited emails that are sent to the recipient, without their permission. Most spam is commercial advertising, often for dubious products, and are by nature intrusive and often offensive.

Is Spam Legal?

The answer to this varies from country to country, however Betway Partners has a zero-tolerance policy on spam, and strictly prohibits all the following activities:

- Using false information to hide the identity of the sender

- Using false information in the subject line

- Using a third party’s domain name to appear as if they originated the email

- Assisting anyone in using Betway Partners as a means for any of the above

Measures to Enforce the Anti-Spam Policy.

If Betway Partners finds any affiliate to be spamming, they will be given a warning – however, if it’s deemed that their offence is serious enough, Betway Partners will take immediate action that could include terminating the account.

If you believe you have received spam from a Betway Partners affiliate, please email us with the subject line ‘Spam’ and include a copy of the content you received.

What Can I Do if an Affiliate is Spamming Me?

Betway Partners takes the issue of spamming very seriously and is committed to preventing and dealing with any issues that arise as a result of spamming by our affiliates. Trouble Logging into Your Account?

Failing to enter the correct password three times in a row will automatically lock your account. If this happens, you’ll need to contact your Affiliate Manager or get in touch with the support team to unlock your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can choose the password reset option. This will automatically send an email to your registered email address containing instructions on how to reset your password. You can also contact us to get your account unlocked. If you’re having trouble logging into your account and wish to reset your password, head over to /login/forgotpassword, enter your username and click ‘reset’. An email will be sent to your registered email address with instructions on how to reset your password.

How Do I Change My Session Timeout Settings?

If you’re inactive on the site for more than 15 minutes, you’ll have to log in again. This is the default setting, but if you wish to increase this to 30 or 60 minutes, you can do so on the ‘My Account’ page under ‘Other Details’. You’ll need to enter your Security Answer before this is complete.
